Reiki Healing Process: I do an intuitive scan of your body with my hands from a short distance to see where I think you need healing and where there might be stuck energy. This will be around the Chakras (energy centres), (head, throat, heart, solar plexus, or root chakra).

I practice hands off, unless I come to your shins or feet for grounding, where I will place hands on. In-person appointments are held at Alcheme Wellbeing Studio, Surbiton. I also practice online via zoom. The treatment itself will last about 50 minutes. During the healing I receive images which communicate stories to me and may resonate with you. During the treatment you may feel hot or cold, get tingles, see images or visions yourself, have an emotional release, or feel nothing at all. Everything is welcome. If you don’t feel anything, it doesn’t mean healing hasn’t taken place. Reiki will heal what is in need of healing at the physical, emotional and spiritual level.

I use a tailored healing playlist to add to the experience, and help with relaxation.

I’ll let you know when the session is over and we will have 5-10 minutes to discuss how you felt and what I saw if that is of interest. We’ll then decide whether you would like another treatment or how to proceed with your healing journey.
